WHO ARE WE?
We are teachers, bus drivers, administrators, cooks, secretaries, coaches, and everyone else who works in our schools. We represent all school employees in the state of Washington. And we are YOU in the future!
With over 600 members in the Skagit-Island-San Juan Retirees Association Unit 21, we work, locally to support the efforts of the state organization, Washington State School Retirees Association.
WHY JOIN US?
Your dues allow us to continue to work on your behalf. It is a challenging task to keep the legislature from making cuts to pensions and/or health care benefits. Your membership can be an important part of that effort. Remember the more members we have, the more they will listen. Do not wait until you retire to become active.
