Brief history of the Walla Walla-Columbia School Retirees' Association
The Walla Walla Retired Teachers' Association was organized by Miss Eloise Thomas in October, 1947, with fourteen members. Currently, the Walla Walla-Columbia School Retirees' Association, Unit 31, has more than 630 members.
Statewide, The Washington State School Retirees' Association (WSSRA) has more than 16,000 members.
